Also, we provide personalized guidance and assistance via Google Meets and/or Zoom Meetings in the process of becoming F1 students in the United States, by filling out forms for the school (I-20), U.S Government (SEVIS), and Non-immigrant visa application (DS-160) for the interview.
Students get advice on every step of the process until they start their classes. We provide access to self-explanatory videos on how to fill out our forms, and most importantly how to perform a great interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Our availability is from 9:00 AM to 5 PM (EST) from Mondays to Fridays, students can reach us out whenever they need it through any of our contact channels, such as social media, phone calls, chats, and email.

We do not offer our services to any of the U.S. sanctioned countries.

Students can get a visa rejected with or without a reason from the U.S. Embassy, as they have the right of admission to the United States. In this case, students need to understand
that this outcome is not up to us but the embassy’s consular official. In case of a rejection, students have the right to make as many appointments as they want to, with no cost added by the agency during a calendar year. Have in mind that every application you make to the U.S. embassy has a charge of $160.00 for the visa interview application by applying to a new DS-160 form. Students should notify us so we can provide advice on the topics that went wrong in the first interview, so we can get a better outcome in the next one. Another option our students have, is to ask for a refund, which will be completed in less than 10 calendar days minus non-refundable charges.
No Guarantee
The client acknowledges that we cannot guarantee the embassy appointments at a certain date and time, which is all and only up to the student’s home country’s US consulate or
embassy.
The client acknowledges and agrees that the agency cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
The agency is not responsible for decisions made by any embassy or immigration authority regarding entry visas or visa extensions. The agency cannot be held responsible for any visa regulation changes which occur after the registration has been confirmed in compliance with the existing regulations.
Visa advice can only be given by the appropriate Embassy, Consulate or High Commission. Students should contact these local authorities to ensure they are allowed to enter and study in their chosen location. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the most updated regulations and processes are being followed.
Relationship
It is imperative for us that students understand every single step of the process and know all of their rights, so we can build a good relationship. We carefully review every student’s profile to make sure everything is consistent and all documents are properly filed with the schools, government and embassies.
