Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
Effective Date: December 4, 2025
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms and Conditions between EZ Visa Marketplace LLC and users of our Platform.
This DPA governs the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy regulations.
1. Definitions
1.1. "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
1.2. "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, and disclosure.
1.3. "Data Controller" means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.
1.4. "Data Processor" means the entity that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller.
1.5. "Data Subject" means the individual to whom Personal Data relates.
2. Roles and Responsibilities
2.1. EZ Visa Marketplace as Data Controller
2.1.1. EZ Visa Marketplace acts as a Data Controller for Personal Data collected directly from users
2.1.2. We determine the purposes and means of processing user data for Platform operations
2.1.3. We are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws
2.2. EZ Visa Marketplace as Data Processor
2.2.1. We may act as a Data Processor when processing Personal Data on behalf of our users
2.2.2. We process data only in accordance with user instructions and this DPA
2.2.3. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data
